Snowflake, the Data Cloud company, has appointed Vijayant Rai as the new Managing Director responsible for driving business growth and Go-To-Market strategy in India.
Rai brings over 27 years of extensive experience in senior sales positions across leading companies, specializing in business transformation, new business development, and revenue growth.
With his wealth of expertise, Rai will lead Snowflake’s expansion in India, overseeing strategy, sales, and fostering strategic partnerships across various industries like retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and BFSI. His focus will be on helping customers leverage data for successful business outcomes.
Prior to joining Snowflake, Rai held leadership roles in Microsoft India, Salesforce, SAP, and CA Technologies, notably contributing to accelerating the transformation journey for customers in various sectors.
His primary focus will be to help customers fully mobilize their data into successful business outcomes.
