Current health insurance plan isn’t addressing consumer needs

India is known to be a chronic capital of the world. 80% of more than 200 professionals from insurance industry confirmed in the poll that healthcare plans are not meeting the needs of people. More specifically, coverage is the most important need with 23% voting for it, while customer service was second with only 11% votes and cost stood third with only 7% votes.
