Our company’s main message is that it is the people that make an organization what it is.  We also place an emphasis on the talent and determination of the candidate instead of the ‘routine questions’.
The Human Touch
WOLVES Recruiting & Staffing is one of the earliest adopters of AI to assess its candidates to gauge where their field of expertise is and the role that is best suited for them. Albeit this process in check, the company firmly believes that the Human Touch is of equal importance to the company. It is or the same reason we organize ‘Open Houses’, where the clients (recruiters) and the candidates can come together on one platform and interact with each other the way they want to. Here, the basic and surface level information is already shared with the candidates to avoid wasting time, and they can immediately get started on their interviews. The process, unlike ever before, is extremely smooth. There is also an ‘interview panel’ where the discussions take place. This exponentially speeds up and smoothens the interview process. The interview panels, in turn, give more time to everyone to focus on the essential questions and core topics of discussion between clients and candidates.



With the company’s prime focus being on Tech firms, they have started a community where aspiring tech-geniuses can come together and learn from each other, with each other. In today’s competitive world, unfortunately, no amount of skills are enough. To bridge the gap between companies and candidates, this initiative works as a great way to upskill in your downtime. The additional bonus, of course, is that companies prefer hiring candidates who are perfectly skilled for the job, and are also up-to-date with all the latest technologies. This plays a major role in the hiring process for a lot of Tech companies looking for fresh talent. 


WOLVES Recruiting & Staffing, as a company, goes the extra mile to make the process easier for everyone involved, from start to finish. Especially in such trying times, with the Coronavirus pandemic, we have introduced Video recruiting, for which we purchased a tool to make the recruitment process easier, and made sure that no opportunity is ignored. We also have another method of recruiting now, where we bring in an industry expert to conduct the interview, resulting in a more objective hiring process.

WOLVES Recruiting & Staffing has changed recruitment paradigms, and is moving forward every day. A company making the usually dreaded process smooth and time-friendly has, with no doubt, perked up some ears in the industry today, and we will look to grow our stature in the industry in the years to come.
