Continuous Application modernization & Maintenance: Transformation, is not the only step, it’s a start – modernization, and maintenance, is also one of the major factors- especially during different technology, and human lifecycles.

Cloud migration – Migration more complex than what many organizations realize- Shifting to cloud, does not solve all the inherent problems, unless you are clear on the utilization. CIOs must follow well-practiced, bullet points for cloud migration and ensure that its steps are followed diligently.

Knowledge preservation – Every technology leader, faces the biggest challenge in how the software complexity is retained, preserved, disseminated and how retrievable is the same. Legacy systems are the key and must be handheld with care, along with manpower organisation.

Badri Prasad M N, Technical Director of CAST, spoke about ensuring proper employee handing over, prevalence of legacy systems, the solutions, which transformation entails. The digital scan by the company, ensures that the system challenges are identified, classified, and appropriate solutions are provided to ensure a safe migration.
