Srikanth V K has been appointed as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of Infiniti Retail, one of India’s leading Consumer Durables and Electronics (CDE) retailer, operating under the brand name ‘Croma’.
Croma is India’s first and most trusted large format specialist retail store. Founded in 2006, Croma caters to multi-brand digital gadgets and home electronic needs.
Srikanth V K joins Croma from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he was working in the capacity of Manager. He had joined Tata Consultancy Services as Delivery Lead in January 2006.
He comes with extensive experience in retail transformation and will help build a digital-led Croma for the future.
He has done his B.E. from College of Engineering, Guindy, Tamil Nadu.
With over 16,000 products across 550+ brands through 400+ stores spread across over 130+ major cities of India, Croma is a brand of Infiniti Retail Ltd., part of the Tata group.
Recent reports suggest that Croma, the Tata-owned CDE retail player, unfurled an ambitious expansion in the current year. During the initial six months of this year, they inaugurated a grand total of 58 new stores. Of these, a staggering 41 portals ushered in the January-March season, while an additional 17 sprang to life during the April-June quarter.
