At the BESC students are sought after to understand their needs in the ever-growing times they live & based on that the college organises events, sessions & seminars to level them up with the industry standards.
The curriculum goes hand in hand with industry & domain expert faculties & visiting speakers who enhance the student’s curiosity & knowledge at the same time. There are attributes that they must be given, and exposure to develop them & once they develop, the individual is equipped for all uncertainties and ambiguities that might come their way. This is especially relevant for graduating students who are future-ready when they venture into the job market. To facilitate this upskilling along with the regular academic curriculum we provide an array of add-on skill-based courses like, Tally, Capital Market, Digital Marketing, G-Suite, to name a few that might be relevant in the near future, enabling students to take up challenges through various vertices of interests & requirements of the industries.

The college also constantly creates a pool of resources in the academic curriculum which starts from state-of-the-art teaching aids in the form of smart classrooms & technology-oriented lectures which easily facilitate seamless interaction in the classrooms. A comprehensive study bank is available to the students in the form of BOOC (Bhawanipur Open Online Course), an online portal for students to access recorded lectures by faculties & industry experts to facilitate a better understanding of the topics they study in the classroom, this gives them an applicable academic & industry linkage to the curriculum they study.
One distinguishing factor, that the students live by at the Bhawanipur is to learn the art of management, in the sense of becoming good managers. By enabling them to organise, plan, budget, coordinate, team up, market & finally triumph through events & various competitions, the college boasts of students who attract a footfall of more than 10,000 people in competitions of more than 80 kinds & contests of more than 3,000. To think of where this leads them is to say that they are more than ready for a future that is uncertain as they have had a taste of the real world within the four walls of the college itself. They interact, negotiate, fall & get up in this entire process of real-life skills in the making, that they learn in the events they organise. Thus, they learn by doing at BESC and we call this – immersive. All this is possible because we foster a culture of faith & not fear by whatever name you call it.
