Zetwerk appoints Josh Foulger as president of electronics business

Josh Foulger is the former MD of Bharat FIH Ltd and will Josh will lead the consumer & electronics manufacturing segment

Zetwerk, has announced the appointment of Josh Foulger as President, Electronics.

Formerly the Country Head of India and Managing Director of Bharat FIH Ltd (a Foxconn Technology Group Company), Josh will lead the Consumer & Electronics manufacturing segment of the company, collaborating closely with Rahul Sharma, co-founder of Zetwerk.

In his new role, Josh expressed excitement about the transformative shifts occurring in the consumer electronics and Electronics Systems Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) landscape, particularly in India.

He highlighted India’s pivotal role in establishing new supply chains across various electronics categories to integrate with both domestic and global value chains.

Zetwerk aims to emerge as one of the top three manufacturers in India, and Josh is eager to contribute to this endeavor alongside the dynamic team at Zetwerk.

With nearly thirty years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management globally, Josh brings invaluable expertise to Zetwerk. During his tenure at Bharat FIH Ltd, he successfully positioned the company as the preferred manufacturing partner for a diverse range of electronic products, including mobile phones, EVs, hearables, telecom equipment, and TVs.

Rahul Sharma expressed enthusiasm about Josh’s appointment, highlighting his extensive experience in the IT hardware and consumer electronics sectors. He emphasized Josh’s role in pioneering mobile phone manufacturing infrastructure in India and believes that his insights will greatly benefit Zetwerk’s manufacturing capabilities and contribute to achieving the company’s goal of becoming one of the top three manufacturers in the country.

Prior to joining Zetwerk, Josh spent over seventeen years at Nokia Corporation, where he held various leadership positions and played a key role in launching Nokia’s manufacturing operations in India and Vietnam. In India, he served as the President of the Nokia Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Chennai, India, which is recognized as India’s first mega electronics manufacturing cluster.
