Ethics and compliance are terms that get tossed around a lot these days, often used interchangeably when talking about businesses doing the right thing.

Values are reflected and enacted in the decisions, choices, and actions we make.

With constant management changes in the VUCA world and an increase in domestic and international risks, ethics and compliance programs are becoming increasingly dynamic, complex, strategic, and flexible. However, they cannot lose their essence or fail to orient employees, representatives, and suppliers to ethical behavior.
