Nuberg EPC to execute Adani Group’s Chlor-Alkali project in collaboration with Mundra Petrochemical Ltd.

Nuberg EPC, a renowned Global EPC and turnkey project management company, has announced its significant new project, India’s largest Chlor-Alkali project, in partnership with Mundra Petrochemical Ltd. (MPL), a subsidiary of the prestigious Adani Enterprises. This groundbreaking project, with a capacity of 2200 TPD and utilizing a 100% NaOH process, is set to revolutionize the industry.

Located strategically in the thriving Mundra region of Gujarat, the project is a shining example of innovation and engineering prowess, providing comprehensive Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM) services. This includes an in-depth review of the balance Basic Engineering Package (BEP) of technology.

The project’s formal commencement was marked by a high-profile meeting in Mumbai, attended by key figures from Adani Enterprises and Nuberg EPC. Among them were  Jeet Adani, Vice President;  Jayant Parimal, CEO;  Jagan Kishore, Project Director; Upendra Varmora, Techno-commercial Head;  Nimai Charan, VP Project Manager from Adani Enterprises, and Amit Tyagi, Director; and Rakesh Verma, Chief Business Development Officer from Nuberg EPC.

Nuberg EPC’s project scope involves EPCM services with a stringent 15-month delivery timeline. This encompasses detailed engineering across various disciplines, technical assistance for procurement, supervision services throughout construction and commissioning, and technical review services for other contractors’ documents and inspections. The project includes EPCM services for a 2200 TPD Caustic Soda (100% NaOH) Plant as part of the 1 MMTPA Green PVC Project in Mundra, Gujarat, India.
