Recently, the Group has acquired land parcel from Deepak Fertilizers Ltd., overlooking 10 acres of open space, to meet the demand for palatial apartments in the heart of the city.

Moreover, the Group has initiated two new verticals in primary & secondary market, one is Redevelopment and another is to build second homes in Khopoli (for which the Group has acquired 35 acres of land for a plot layout scheme at Pali, near Imagica, that is a mere 20-minute drive from the Mumbai Pune Expressway), capitalizing on its prominent position with projects spread across various regions governed by CIDCO, NMMC, NAINA, and MMRDA as planning authorities.

Mr. Vinod Trivedi (B.E. Civil – Mumbai University), is the Founder & Chairman of Progressive Group. He gained expertise at ECC (now L&T Construction) before initiating Progressive Construction Company in 1976. As Technocrat, executed various landmark projects like Vashi Railway Station, Flyover, Bridges, Factories, High rises, Turnkey Infra projects, Tunnels etc. Propelled by a vision to start a new vertical, he ventured into Real estate in 1996 and till date guides the Group with his rich wisdom & experience.

Mr. Devang Trivedi, the Co-founder & Managing Director, has partnered & elevated Progressive Group to new heights. He is a Civil Engineer from Mumbai University and an MBA (FMB) from S.P. Jain. His visionary leadership and meticulous attention to detail, projects radiates with zen effect in concrete jungle.

Mr. Jigar Trivedi, the Joint Managing Director, has leveraged his education as DAF (ICFAI) and MEP (IIMA), transitioning from a sales-focused role to overseeing various operational & strategy aspects of the business.

Since inception, the Group has maintained a flawless financial track record with nationalized banks, NBFCs and finance authorities, having no litigations with landowners or customers.

To sum up, the Group’s humble journey from a joint development of 250 metres plot in 1996, to acquiring its first small plot of 93 sq.mt., the Group today has land parcels all across Navi Mumbai & MMR region.
