We asked Rajesh about, how we can not only make design better, but make it matter, here’s what he had to say:Design isn’t just about making aesthetic products. It’s also about providing meaning, an essence to the products. It’s our belief that a product or service can be called a “good design” when they create the desired experience for the customer and then further enhance it. We at A-Class Marble, always aim to elevate the value of our product that we deliver from a basic, functional one to the one that goes beyond.

It is our belief that making a design better is equivalent to making a design matter. The look, feel and purpose of every product and its design is crucial to its acceptance. Good design is associated with rapid acceptance and trust, as the first impressions are affected positively.

Design improves the way we live

He gave his insights on ‘How design can enhance the quality of everyday life and add to the human experience’. Design has a profound impact on our daily lives. It surrounds us and can be found even in the smallest of spaces and products. When we shape the objects, interactions and environments we live around and within, we change the world around us. We, as a company that deals with marble, believe that we can also influence moods and function of spaces, through our product. Marble can add an aesthetic value to any space, and is easy to maintain.

As for enhancing the quality, Experience-driven design plays a powerful role in everyday life, helping create new levels of integration, diversity, inclusion and stewardship as people deal with day-to-day life. Design improves the way we live, when we make our products more responsive to the needs of the customer.

Design driven innovation always help create successful solutions

When asked about ‘How companies can drive innovation in order to meet and exceed customer expectations for form, function, and even fashion.’ He says: Successful innovation begins and ends with a deep understanding of the end user. It is not enough for a product or service to be functional and efficient. It needs to resonate emotionally with the people who use them.

Design driven innovation will always help you create successful solutions, and the key to this, is a deep understanding of the needs and emotions of the customer.

He also spoke to us about ‘How technological advances have augmented the number of ways in which artists and designers can experiment with building materials:

It has allowed artists and designers to be more bold and creative with the use of the building materials. Designers are using different types of marbles and surfaces for flooring to make them look beautiful whereas porcelain stoneware have evolved from being clay being fired in a kiln. Today, we are finding multiple solutions and services to help our clients use our products in an efficient way. Through our industrial and technological advances, we have found solutions like Marble densifier, which help us provide world class solutions to our clients, to help them maintain our products.

Our technological advances has also caused a strong drive in the world for sustainability. We are far more aware of the ecological as well as environmental advances of our work. This has also led to innovation in design methods and manufacturing techniques.  This in turn, has led to more experimentation and innovation.
