Disability not a roadblock to going mainstream: Deepa Malik

Deepa Malik, the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratan and Arjuna Award winning athlete, speaking at The Economic Times Global Business Summit said that disability should not become a roadblock or challenge in order for a person to go mainstream. The swimmer-turned athlete recounted her life achievements and impressed upon the audience that including more differently-abled people in companies could bring around more positive change in the work environment.
