Microsoft has maintained its position at the top of the Management Top 250 ranking of the best-managed US companies for the third year in a row.
The Management Top 250 ranking is meant to highlight companies that have excelled in a number of management priorities, some of which may frequently compete. The Drucker Institute of Claremont Graduate University constructs these rankings. It was established by the late American-Austrian management consultant Peter Drucker. As per reports, the organisation has worked with thousands of executives from big enterprises, non-profits, and government organisations to help them make more effective and noteworthy.
Drucker Institute’s Management Top 250 list examines company performance in five categories: customer satisfaction, innovation, financial strength, employee engagement and development, and social responsibility. The ranking is based on an analysis of 34 data inputs provided by 14 third-party sources.
