As pioneers in Med-EdTech and as a trusted global healthcare communication agency, we at MedTrix have developed several first-of-its-kind solutions, spearheaded campaigns that have helped our clients establish a global footprint, created innovative applications using the latest technologies, and precipitated a revolution in patient-HCP interactions.

Here’s a glimpse of what we do at MedTrix every day:

  • We partnered with Allergan to develop the first-of-its-kind facial anatomy education app in Microsoft HoloLens (to be launched soon on HoloLens 2), featuring an interactive virtual cadaver and online training on medical aesthetics. We also developed the world’s first photorealistic 3D facial anatomy education app, which has been launched in 52 countries, including the US, China, and Japan.
  • In collaboration with Novartis, we designed an award-winning, web-based augmented reality app to support patients with polycythemia vera and myelofibrosis, with integrated chatbot features and localized in three languages: German, French, and Italian.
  • MedTrix’s flagship, feature-loaded, case-based learning platform, the Patient Case Player, offers gamified-learning scenarios and interactive visual presentation; integrated chatbot, AI, and ML capabilities; and scalability, reliability, and customizability. With its deep-rooted foundation in unbiased scientific evidence and secure data analytics, the Patient Case Player has been deployed for HCP education in several areas, such as head and neck cancer, CDED — a complex dietary treatment for Crohn’s disease — and in the management of COPD.
  • The indigenously designed iREAD, a digital tool that transforms the way research papers are presented, combines methods of objective-driven reading strategies, audio-visual multimedia elements, and interactive presentation to deliver a comprehensive and user-friendly reading experience while also saving time. The tool can be deployed onto any digital platform and is currently being used by our clients for internal training.
  • We helped elevate the virtual symposium experience by hosting an interactive 3D scientific congress, in partnership with Epizyme, which was a resounding success with participants across the globe. A virtual scientific meeting designed to simulate the experience of a real-world symposium, the 3D congress featured expert-led webinars, brand booths with patient/product support and contact information for account managers and MSLs, and a CME Zone with links to CME-accredited content.
