The Kyndryl Customer Experience Center is a standout feature, offering three distinct zones equipped with demo areas, boardrooms, and spaces for both formal and informal brainstorming. Here, customers can engage with interactive demos on cloud computing, AI, IoT, and cybersecurity solutions. They can troubleshoot issues with Kyndryl experts and co-create bespoke solutions tailored to drive business growth.

James Rutledge, Global Head of Delivery at Kyndryl, emphasized the company’s commitment to empowering customers and fostering a collaborative environment. “Our new office aims to showcase our technological prowess to our customers and provide our employees with a space that encourages innovation, collaboration, and personal growth,” Rutledge stated.

The office also houses Kyndryl’s largest Vital Studio, a unique hub designed to spur innovation in customer solutions. It serves as an ideal space for co-creating the digital future by bringing together Kyndryl experts, alliance partners, and customers using co-creation methodologies to tackle complex business challenges.

Lingraju Sawkar, President of Kyndryl India, highlighted India’s strategic importance in Kyndryl’s global innovation and value delivery strategy. “India’s tech capabilities, demographic advantages, and market opportunities make it an integral part of Kyndryl’s global vision,” Sawkar commented.

The office design prioritizes sustainability, inclusivity, and employee well-being. It offers flexible workspaces, ergonomic furniture, fitness facilities, and spaces for relaxation and mindfulness activities. The layout also includes digitally-enabled, hybrid workspaces with technology-integrated meeting areas and collaboration zones for both physical and virtual events.

Furthermore, the office is designed with inclusivity in mind, featuring facilities for people with disabilities and gender-neutral restrooms. It also offers parental support facilities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all employees.

To promote energy efficiency, the office utilizes natural lighting, energy-efficient fixtures, and smart technologies like motion sensors. It also employs materials compliant with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines and implements a robust waste management system.

Kyndryl has set ambitious sustainability goals, aiming for net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040. In a testament to its commitment to environmental responsibility, the company secured an EcoVadis Silver rating in its inaugural full fiscal year, placing it in the top 25% of all participating companies.
