Exclusive conversation with BVN Rao, Business Chairman, GMR Group

Sustainability - Recognise, conceive, plan, and make it a way of life

Sustainability has been a part of life. We have always been conservative and have used the resources judiciously, but the growth, industrialisation, and the population demand for services has impacted the environment. The advent of new technologies – Solar, electric vehicles, alternate energies, building new satellite cities will give way to to generate facilities and integrate them with the environment as part of our life. A three pronged program is needed to quickly meet the future needs, redress the existing needs, and create the next generation lifestyles.

Sharing his views with us, BVN Rao, Business Chairman (Transportation & Urban Infrastructure), GMR Group
