Mynoo clearly states that there is a crisp and clear difference between leadership and management and between an inspired leader and a good leader. She feels that the job of a leader is to set up and manage the context- it’s the managers whose job is to develop and deliver content. This is a big difference between good leaders and inspired leaders.
The habit of inspiring leaders includes honoring your own worthiness, and seeing worth in everyone and everything around you. Many of them follow it as part of who they are. Also, they co-exist with all parts of their lives. They handle emergencies head-on and go to steps 1, 2, and so forth, without faltering. They do not delay dealing with it, and there is a step-by-step process that they follow, and they examine and understand what the breakdown is.
Mynoo also states that she found inspired leaders to be extra humble, as they had developed dignity as their foundation. They had developed an innate curiousness about the worthiness of others, regardless of where they are at and doing anything.
Inspired leaders do not get defined by their failure and their success.
