The Covid-19 pandemic was a mixed bag for us. As hospitals’ demand for most products had drastically fallen, we had to focus on a relatively narrow set of products. And the lockdown made managing logistics a big challenge. But our team went out of their way to ensure that supplies to all our customers were secured in time.
At the same time it opened up new lines of business for us. We used our infection management expertise to venture into new lines of business like Infection Advisory services, which gave us huge visibility in the market.
