ET-Insights: Your thoughts on how Digital Transformation is a basic need for organizations to be successful in today’s dynamic business environment.

Vineet: Purpose of any organisation is to be profitable and sustainable but in today’s market condition, margins are shrinking while completion is increasing. Not only just to keep up to this dynamic business environment but also to redefine (rediscover) itself, organisations need to get maximum out of its available resources while exploring new opportunities. And that is the Digital Transformation ‘need’ we are taking about.

ET-Insights: What are the top digital transformation trends that you think will keep and organization ahead of the curve in 2020 and beyond?

Vineet: Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Cloud, IoT and Mobile are my top five Digital Technology transformation trends.

ET-Insights: Your thoughts on Data & Analytics technology adoption in India VS developed countries like US, UK, Singapore etc.

Vineet: I feel India is a lot more open to adoption of these technologies. And with number of start-ups and solution providers we have in our country, I expect the outcome to be lot more impact full! I believe there is huge appetite for embracing these technologies and I do see the hunger and momentum for the same.
